Abhigyan Consultancy is an immigration consultancy. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government or immigration authority.

What we do and do not promise

We guarantee our process, not the outcome. The decision on any visa or permit rests entirely with the relevant authority. Any consultancy that guarantees you a visa is misleading you.

Buying individual steps

Each service step is purchased separately and covers only what is listed on its page. Buying one step places no obligation on you to buy another, and places no obligation on us to perform work outside that step.

Fees

Our fees are shown inclusive of GST. Government, embassy, VFS and third-party fees, including language tests, credential evaluations, skills assessments, medicals, police certificates and blocked accounts, are paid by you directly to those bodies and are not included in our fees.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of everything you give us. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious offence in every jurisdiction we work with, can result in a multi-year ban, and will end our engagement immediately with no refund.

Timelines

Any timeline we quote is an estimate based on current published processing times. We do not control them and they change.
